I started Nex Legal because I kept seeing the same thing. Business owners doing everything themselves, reading contracts at midnight, Googling clause meanings, drafting emails back to clients when things go wrong. Not because they wanted to, but because the stakes were too high to hand it to someone who didn't get their business.

I've been on both sides. Years as a commercial litigation lawyer, watching contract disputes destroy relationships and burn cash. Then years at a global corporate leading procurement teams, sitting in the room where contracts were written, negotiated, and used to manage serious spend.

I started Nex Legal to be the person business owners hand the legal stuff to, so they can get back to running their business.
